I started recording the meeting but I am still not able to create highlights, why?

There may be a few reasons why you are unable to create highlights

If you are recording to the cloud

1. Ensure that **Custom Live stream** is enabled on your Zoom settings. You can check this on Listener user profile page.

2. Sometimes due to very high traffic, there is a delay in the response that we get from Zoom. Hence if you do not see the indication: “Live on Listener.app” then you can manually initiate the Live stream by clicking on the “click here” link on the ‘Highlight Now’ Listener Window.
