You can easily collaborate with your organisation team members on meetings and playlist. Only members with 'Editor' role on Listener can be collaborators. Here's how you can invite members to your Listener organisation.

Collaboration on Meetings

You can let your teammates capture live highlights while you are actively conversing in a meeting. Every meeting on Listener has a ‘meeting host’, who is the host of the Zoom call. By default only the “meeting host’ will be able to view and edit the data associated with their meetings until they add collaborators to it or add it to a project.

Collaborator Access in Meetings

A collaborator has all the same controls as the meeting host.

They can:

  • capture highlights with the meeting host during any Zoom meeting
  • edit and create highlights
  • add meeting to projects

Collaboration on Playlists

You can invite other editors on Listener to collaborate and add to your playlist. By default only the playlist creator will be able to access the playlist until they add collaborators to it or add it to a project.

Collaborator Access in Meetings

A collaborator has all the same controls as the creator, apart from deleting the playlist.

They can:

add and remove highlights

rearrange the highlights

add playlist to projects

Note: Playlist collaborator will only be able to perform certain actions – like edit highlight – only those highlights where they have edit access to the parent meeting.
